Almost all of them. Many of them are not even charged. The ones who have to appear in court gets suspended sentence and sometimes $50 - $250 fine or community service if judge is not a feminist.

There was a story not too long ago and about a judge who let a false accuser off the hook because he didn't want to discourage actual rape victims from coming forward.

One fun fact is if you falsely accuse someone in family court, you can't be prosecuted for it. So basically every false accusations made in that context counts. My comment in the above thread has some sources about the rate of false accusations in divorce and child custody proceedings. You might have to Google for "evidence" of the legal standard where people get away with it in family court though.

Another angle might be to cite these stats:

Compare that to how many people get in trouble for false police reports. I'm guessing it's negligible, and you probably don't have to prove that, since it should be pretty obvious. The stats indicate that it's happening pretty much all the time, but I bet you can't think of an example on the news where you've heard or someone getting in trouble from it.

Why is it we are quick to believe a woman lying about rape, but not a man who is telling the truth about being raped?

And one other angle. Men are raped equally as often as women, but rarely make false allegations.
