I would argue that she does. In this clip Gaga says that rape accusers should be believed, unquestionably. "The government should not decide if you were raped." Unfortunately by holding this view, she sweeps the false rape claims in with the legitimate ones: the UVAs and Duke Lacrosses, which have proven to be false, in with actual, convicted rape crimes.

How does Lady Gaga's thinking support rapists? Because whenever there is a false claim and a rush to judgment, where the media, feminists and pop stars call for mob justice regardless of the evidence, inevitably there will be cases where there is a man who was unjustly punished for something he did not do. When Lady Gaga cries "off with his head!" even when a man is innocent, then people are hesitant to believe actual rape victims. This is why due process and evidence is so important. The Lady Gagas of this world are calling for mob justice. She may not be calling for the hangings of the old south, but the results that she and those like her want are the same: destroy the man's life and reputation, make it so he cannot work or date again.
