I'm a guy who's just graduated high school. I was a super-shitlord in high school, but so were all my friends. We were all considered the pests of the school, had serious records, and some stuff that was considered permanent record material.

Throughout my middle and high school career, I accumulated 3 "cases" per se of sexual harassment. All of these "cases" were brought down to lesser disciplinary charges (one was brought down to inappropriate language or conduct, the second was brought down to causing disruption, and the third one turned into harassment & inappropriate language or conduct.

I've reported serious instances of being sexually harassed by a female student (genuinely being groped completely unwantedly, being subjected to really uncomfortable conversations I couldn't escape, her using power as a prefect to bully others sexually, etc) It never went past the school, and she had prior record of sexual harassment. All with permanent record strikes.

However, she got in a physical altercation with one of my friends. He was accused of groping her when he pushed her away from him and touched her chest. He did get a sexual harassment record through the school with permanent record strikes AND the police called.

The craziest part? We all fall into similar score ranges for our academic evaluations, we all have very similar disciplinary records, only she had MULTIPLE sexual harassment "charges". She got into the same college we were denied from (her ONLY pick) on the basis of sexual harassment history, with a waiver for hers because of a sports scholarship. Both my friend and I applied to 20+ schools and got denied from all.
