I dont agree with him on this one, taking a woman's privilege to wear shorts at work because men cant is an asshole move. He shouldve just fought for men to be able to wear shorts as well, claim that men need them because we have testicles that need to be at a colder temperature than the rest of our body and/or claim to his superiors that the men might sue for discrimination for being unable to wear shorts like the women. Anything just to fight for the men rather than achieving equality at the expense of women.
