One thing that always grinds my gears is when i go to apply for jobs and i see the bullet point saying they are creating equal opportunity for "minorities, females, disabled, and veterans" while i can understand veterans and disabled to a point due to the mental or physical problems they have. But why mention minorities and females, but not mention males at all? Cause females need a extra crutch to get jobs? Hell no if they meet the requirements stated then yes give them the interview. Dont give interviews based on race or gender. Thats not be an equal opportunist thats be biased towards certain group. These job posting have me lose confidence when i apply to them due to me being Male. The hypocrisy of posting such of these are just annoying cause men have it all east right? Cause we've never worked to get the qualifications as well.
