I’ve been hearing this all over the radio/TV, and I’m guessing you’ve all heard that (at least in the US) according to the National Committee on Pay Equity this is “Equal Pay Day”.

According to their site: "The next Equal Pay Day is Tuesday, April 4, 2017. This date symbolizes how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned in the previous year."

So I think we should create a National Committee on Work Fatality Equity to celebrate Equal Work Fatality Day. The next Equal Fatality Day is Tuesday, January 25, 2018. This date symbolizes the number of days this year men must work to have an equivalent number of workplace fatalities to women in the previous year.
