To all you fathers out there who have lost their relationships with their kids, to those fathers who worry that they will end up in the same situation. You have a chance to vote in shared parenting legislation in various states if you haven't already done so or at least you can give support for your state if it hasn't done so

There are other videos on that Youtube channel covering the Canadian version as well.

In short, the topic discussed will apply anywhere in the world, as Parental Alienation is now a global phenomenon.

.. and just to show the POS we call feminists. These videos also apply to erased mums.. Because unlike Feminists, we don't denigrate other people who have genuinely been treated so badly..

My big issue is seeing 50/50 default equal shared custody become the law in all 50 states.

why do you see it being an issue?

is it because it might not happen?

or is it because you dont want to see it?

I want to see this happen around the rest of the world( especially the UK and the islamic countries which is appalling the biggest abuser of PA). it already happens in say Sweden which is emphasised in the movie.

My only issue is that 50/50 law will give rise to a new form of legal tactic with lawyers( and their activists groups) attempting to make false DV claims in order to change the 50/50 aspect.

In the UK legal aid used to be given to people who couldn't divorce. then the law was reform to prevent abuse of legal aid by acrimonious mothers( who were the majority of the abuser of legal aid) so that legal aid could only be given for DV.

over night the number of legal aid applications for DV shot up to 90% for women.

It became the gateway for abusers of legal aid to get funding for their divorce.

The problem with 50/50 is that no one can move

I dont think that is an issue

there is nothing to stop you moving.

you just have to consider whether you are moving far away enough to impact , then you have to change the arrangements.

its only a restriction when it bothers the person who want full control.

One of the major issues behind the 50/50 was to stop the financial abuse by the state and to prevent one party alienating the other party and the focus here is the best interest of the child. when you have kids you choose to make sacrifices in your life. PA severely damages children and it can become a generational issue. I would think that is a more important issue that the ability to move. BTW women are not supposed be able to move as easily as they please just because they have 100% custody( the father still has the right to see their child), hence the reason you go to court to petition the right to move.

if the ability to easily remarry is so important then that person should rethink their lives.

if you watch the movie- there is a point whereby a lawyer argues against 50/50 claiming that the state would lose federal dollars( the money that is supposed to be used to enforce child support). the counterclaim by a parent was losing federal funding for "food stamps"( something which child enforcement funding should not be used for) is a not a reason to deny a child's best interest.

50/50 should always be the default position that protect all parties from abuse from within and the state.

read up on plenty of custody fights- sample size hundreds

how many custody fights have you personally experienced??

only one.. for your son

moving is the problem because one party wants to take the kids away from the other .. by moving. not the 50/50

you spent so much money because you are fighting a system that allows the mother to move away ( even though you are supposed to have a say), that assumes mother as default custody parent, and for sole custody. sorry that it took you 300k to figure that out, whereas many people have known this for years. Didn't your lawyer warn you of this?

50/50 wont be a problem once you have it as default. being near a school is not an issue unless you choose to move far away( otherwise you can move).

suggest you watch the movies and you can see for yourself where this is coming from.

.. and maybe dial back the aggression?
