Filing false cases against men has become a lucrative business due to the high reward and low risk involved. Perpetrators can secure bail for as little as ₹1,000 or <$12 (on getting caught), while it'll only be a nightmare for innocent good men trapped by these people.

It’s not entirely their fault. The government bears significant responsibility for implementing weak laws with numerous loopholes. When laws lack basic checks or penalties for false accusations, they are inevitably exploited.

It’s sad to see how many innocent, good men might have been trapped by such pathetic scumbags.

Such scumbags are gonna really capitalize the anti men laws in India. A lot of Indians migrate to other countries which unfortunately may include such scumbags too, and if these types of people get to know about the the anti male laws in UK/Aus, then the native men in those countries are done for!

For the rest of us, though, before you decide on misanthropic refusal to help anyone ever again, please research your area's good Samaritan laws; many places have them specifically to prevent punishment for this sort of thing.

Those in the West, please do so quickly, before someone decides "good Samaritan" is racist and insists the name be changed.
