I think it's split amongst them (in my experience asking anyways); some of them are against it, some of them are for it (because it takes away a mothers right to choose circumcision)

when it comes to circumcision, feminism is not our direct enemy (for once); goopy science justifying thousands of years of tradition is.

From what I've seen, the vast majority fall into one of three camps:

What's the big deal?
Pay lip service, will acknowledge that it is bad only so long as FGM is acknowledged as worse, will not actually do anything about it.
Is actively offended that people consider the problem to be even in the same category as FGM.

I think I heard about a feminist group in Hawaii actually campaigning against it, but that was years ago, and the last time I looked for details I couldn't dig anything up.
