Teaching is the big hypocrisy here.

In teaching, the gender-ratios are almost exactly the same as they are for tech, just reversed.

When was the last time you ever heard anyone, much less a feminist, say that schools were systematically biased against men and a hostile working environment for male teachers?

And yet, sex discrimination in teaching is much more important than in tech. A semiconductor doesn't care who engineers it. But a lack of male teachers in schools has been disastrous for boys. And we have enough studies, by reliable research bodies, all of which have found that boys are discriminated against in school.

While trying to verify the graph, I realised that it's extremely rare to find a graph that shows the gender distribution among university degrees like this one does. They usually either focus only on women or only on STEM fields. I wonder if this is done on purpose.
