There are appropriate and inappropriate questions to ask an alleged rape victim.

Inappropriate questions: Were you wearing a bra? How wide do you open your mouth when performing oral sex? Were you wearing a short skirt? Why we're you walking outside so late?

If the woman was actually raped, these lawyers are suggesting that something as simple as dancing made her look like she was "asking for it". A lot of guys I know don't really like wearing underwear. Does that mean that, if a woman forces sex on them, they deserved it? Hell no. It is not the defenses job to prove what a whore the plaintiff may be. Its their job to prove that there was consent without suggesting that anyone who doesn't wear a bra is begging to be raped.

We're men's rights activists. That means that we want innocent men to stay out of jail, and guilty ones to take responsibility for their actions (we don't want to glorify bad men like feminists do with women). Yes, false rape accusations happen. As an MRA, I talk about them a lot. However, there are still tons of real cases of men and women getting raped every day. Asking victims these sorts of questions is the reason that both genders underreport this crime.

I'm not saying if the woman is lying or not. We're not involved in the case, and we don't know. However, I do not think that this form of interrogation is right at all. If the genders were switched and a man was being asked "Were you wearing underwear? Why were you dancing with a girl if you didn't want to have sex? Would you say that you lie on a regular basis?" every single one of you would be up in arms.

Cause we all know if a woman gets drunk and has sex its automatically rape. Because you know, they are poor helpless women are incapable of taking responsibility for their actions. Men are always the big bad guys, and the women are at no fault.

I wonder would people care as much if it was a guy who was raped by a girl.
