Lol this is ridiculous. If you get divorced you need to find work or go to school so you can support yourself. You didn't earn a free ride for being a home maker. Home maker was your job and you've been fired or quit. Now get a new job.

Oh the humanity! You have equal custody of your kid so you get less money? Go figure. You deserve less money, equal time should be constitutional, not discretional. So you both have equal responsibility for the kid you both made. Grow up get a job and start being an independent adult like the rest of society.

There should be NO alimony after divorce. If you need the man's money, don't get divorced, period. (If you need an employer's money, don't quit your job).
