So we all know women get paid equally to men until about age 30. After this women and men decide for a baby and a woman has to loose out on experience thus lowering her total earning capacity. Money now > money later (i.e. inflation). However men die at a much higher rate than women thus their earning capacity is caped at their death, not slowed postpartum like women. I wonder how this would affect the statistics of the gender pay gap.
