Nova Scotia student groups have launched a new advocacy campaign, called More Than Yes, to spread the word. “Sex without enthusiastic consent is not sex at all. It’s sexual assault or rape,”

I legitimately wonder if the students who began this 'campaign' have ever had actual sex that they didn't regret. This sounds more like a vendetta against men (because let's face it, men are the ones that these campaigns are attacking) than an actually well intended cause.

As I've said on here before, this is degrading to women as well by pretty much saying 'you're too weak and defenseless to be able to say 'no' to a big, strong man'. Campaigns like this only tell women that they're not responsible for what happens to them and it puts a tremendous burden on men by telling them 'even if she says yes, she could easily mean no'.

And if you honestly are afraid to speak up and tell someone 'no' when you don't want them to do something, well then you probably shouldn't be putting yourself in a sexual situation because you clearly can't handle yourself.

"Rape culture" is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of.
