Help finding sources

I know what you are talking about and tried to find a story but could not fine something exactly like what you are asking about. But, like I said, I do know what you are talking about. It works like this: 1) Mother falsely says some guy is the father (perhaps she does so right at the birth of a child or perhaps she waits a few weeks). 2) Child support agency takes her word from it and starts trying to collect. 3) Man freaked out. By the time the man (sometimes the accused men who have never even had sex with the woman claiming he is the father) even figures out what's going on, talks to friends, writes back and forth to the child support agency, eventually gets a lawyer, etc.., he finds out that he was supposed to have filled out some from within 30 (or 90 or whatever) days to contest the mother claiming he was the father WHICH HE NEVER EVEN KNEW IN THE FIRST PLACE UNTIL HE HAD THE CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY THREATENING HIM. It's soooooo messed up. They don't care. They just want some man to suffer, any man will do.
