Check if you live in a "one-party consent state", if so buy a digital audio recorder and learn how to turn it on without having to even put your hand in your pocket... this is all I have to offer in the way of help, I hope it can be of use.

Record everything. Every conversation. Even if it is illegal to record her without consent it is usually just a misdemeanor( check your local laws) and if you can prove it was for recording abuse it shouldn't even be charged. (check your local laws). Get a lawyer immediately.

Take notes, ideally in the form of a diary with daily entries. This helps you reflect, and creates a ... trail, for lack of a better term. It may also help with the start of the below.

Since nobody will listen, buy a listener aka a therapist. Not so much for therapy itself but to get confirmation from an (more or less) independent person that your concerns indeed hold water.

Then take it from there.
