The problem that men have is that most of us are already working flat out to support our families, often for precious little thanks in the process ["You are such a workaholic, etc, etc]

best we could do is making a support group maybe a discord server with chats and call rooms. where us men can vent our angers, and talk about our difficulties. being able to vent our anger would significantly improve our mental state, and who knows maybe we could also get helpful advices and make new friends

There is no fixing this. lol We are in the middle stage of a Societal Collapse. This is actually one of the best/easiest times to be alive as a man. Get a firm grip on your biological desire to reproduce and suppress/transmute it and the world is literally yours. Most men get consumed by perceived traditions and a false self destructive sense of community responsibility. Let it go.
