You probably won't have any actual statistics. No one cares about such things.

A slightly better bet is to try and find statistics on how many fathers didn't bother pursuing custody because of bias in the system.

I don't have any statistics, but I suspect that many fathers give up their children rather than facing a custody battle they are almost certain to lose.
