I don't have that much problem with the study the article has on itself as I'm not an expert but the title in the article itself is quite misleading and misandrist.

One day they will learn that men and women communicate different. In a healthy and comfortable work setting you will find men sharing and passing information quickly and to the point usually with as few words as possible in order to get on with it. Women seem to think this is rude and wait for a time to speak. Not that there is necessarily anything wrong with that just don't expect all the men in the office to adapt to you. If you are the outlier its your job to adapt to the situation.
