Total number of accusations/total number prosecuted as false charges

We could do the same thing the other way

total number of accusation/total convictions

and say rape is so rare, you are more likely to get struck by lightning 3 times, so it's not even an issue. But we are not feminists, and don't do that.

Lots of sources and analysis in the OP and some more posted in the comments.

It appears to be about as common as rape itself but the truth is we don't really know for sure. A lot of false accusations never make it to the police, and around 80% of official rape allegations lie in a big gray area of not proven in either direction.

For some fun, I was discussing this somewhere else on Reddit and was accused of being a rapist. Not a rape apologist, but an actual rapist. And by an Internet stranger at that. So the bar is really pretty low.

According to the FBI 8%and to experts 5-10 % . Ofc only cases where there were evidence. Many innocent men Not included. Fake Rape allegations are far more likelier than any other other allegation.

You can't really find a good source on this because almost no one can actually separate out accusations into true and false, but only true, false, and unknown and that with some degree of uncertainty depending on how small you want to make out the unknown category to be. The sources feminists use for the 0.003% number assumes that all accusations that are not known with an extremely high level of certainty to be false are true, and this is a fundamentally dishonest assumption.

It is worth pointing out though that the number isn't that retarded for what it means. How many men out of the total get accused of any criminal sexual activity, much less falsely? 3 out of every 1000 may be the result of rather dumb assumptions, but it can't be off by that much more than an order of magnitude and a bit.
