In one of those arrests the police found him injured and hiding in the bathroom, he refused to make a statement, but did say that she attacked him all the time, what was he supposed to do? They said call the police and he said he wasn't going to do that.

Another of those arrests was because she asked him to come over breaking a restraining order, then called the police, then told police not to arrest him.

There do seem to be points where he injured her, but she was the predominant aggressor.
