Judges overturn 2013 rape conviction

Another rape accusation that turns out to be at least false and possibly maliciously so.

The most disgusting part of this is that this evidence should not be regarded as evidence needed to overturn the conviction. This only further demonstrates the likelihood that he is innocent and provides evidence to convince the accuser.

Given it was a he said/she said the fact he was convicted at all is scary as if there was any other solid evidence of rape then messages before or after the act would not be able to overturn actual evidence of rape in the encounter. This is clearly another case that should not have been even taken to trial let alone convicted in the first place. I am not certain exactly where the fault lies but both the CPS and juries seem to not understand reasonable doubt in these cases.

So how did they determine those things before any actual evidence was presented?
