I feel sorry for the guy. I know it hurts like hell and he must miss her and I am sure she misses her dad too. Such things leave irreparable damage to the child. The most significant development occurs before the age of 7 and such trauma can leave lasting mental issues.

This is pure evil towards the child and the father.

My brother is going through the same shit. Barley sees his kid. She keeps the kid away for a long period. Can't call or do anything to talk during the week. She is playing the VICTIM card, and it's sad to see that the kid actually cares and is having trouble not being able to see his dad. The kid is crying and struggling from day to day.

This is definitely one of those cases where you aren't seeing the full picture. After looking this guy up on OSCN, you can see that he has had a protective order issued against him, and he also has a record of violating it. His name is Justin Ray McDaniel. If there is a protective order that is actually granted in the state of Oklahoma, he did something. I doubt it was the first time and it won't be the last. Standing up for tools like this really takes a steamy crap all over the decent men who are safe and stable parents.
