I've gone off Instagram, Facebook and those were the only social networks I've used outside of Reddit. Even here I just follow this sub, my football club's sub, some engineering stuff and formula 1, some entertainment. All this crap present in society in general that reflects too hard on social networks seriously just puts me off, I had to leave.

The thing is. LinkedIn will be kind of useful to apply for jobs which is my next step after I finish my degree in December. Do you guys have alternatives? No girlfriend, little to no friends, mostly family. I'm out of the rest. I'm done with everything.

More alarming, according to the survey: Male employees perpetuating those standards often do so at the expense of female colleagues. More than a quarter of respondents (28%) said they’d “likely do nothing” if they heard a colleague make a sexist remark at work, citing masculine anxiety as a major factor in their hesitation to interrupt sexism in the workplace.

...

1 in 4 men (28%) said they would be likely to do nothing if their colleague makes a sexist comment. Ninety-nine percent of men indicated that their workplace has any level of combative culture, and 33% said that there is a highly combative culture within their workplace.

I found this on the survey page. It's pretty vague, it doesn't say who made the sexist comments and who the target was. The takeaway CNBC got from that was "Male employees perpetuating those standards often do so at the expense of female colleagues", however this isn't stated anywhere on either the website or the report. For whatever reasons it's gender neutral

I found this on the surveys website:

The invisible forces that subtly and effectively dissuade men from acting in ways that might lead others to question their manliness are damaging to people of all genders. Organizations must acknowledge masculine anxiety, talk about it, and address it when planning culture change and gender equity initiatives.

Maybe I'm filling too many gaps in and jumping to a conclusion with no basis. I think this is about about sexism men face in the work place. It's possible I'm wrong, that's what I got from reading the survey page and the report

Such a piece of toilet paper this article is.

Work is a place for work. Not woke left shit.

If he done with wanting to be a man that that's his problem, why preaching it to others in such patronizing tone?

Basically his thought is "stop holding onto standarts", forgetting that things that he says are, basically standarts, but of a different kind. So why, if resenting "old" ones I should not resent those what he offers?

I suggest him stop jabbering and go to work finally. TV star, meh.
