Looking to Create a Mobile App to help Document False Rape Accusations

Pretty much as the title says.

I'm looking to create a mobile app for Android and Apple that would document FRA's in your city, or around your location.

A few things I would like to obtain suggestions about:

How could I create the app in such a matter that it doesn't just become another tool to abuse and ruin someone's reputation?
What protocols could I implement that would make it so you can't just document anyone?
How would YOU go about implementing the design for a notification that would properly identify someone as a potential risk?
Do you think such an app would be useful? If so, please elaborate.
As stupid as this sounds, what about a feature within the app that would document consent when it was received?

I'm rarely on this account, but I use this to primarily lurk. I have a few other projects I'm working on as well.

My end game is to help decrease the extortion, exploitation, and destruction of lives. I've seen first-hand how a false rape accusation can absolutely ruin someone, and so I would like to start drawing up some blueprints to help fight against this issue.

I don’t know if you have a background in IT but if your not careful there are some pretty lethal ethical and legal ramifications if not implemented properly.

I’m all for preventing false rape claims but there needs to be some kind of authentication I honestly wouldn’t try it, imagine if it just becoming a forum for slander and possibly a place which by intern ruins people’s lives with this information incorrectly on the internet.

Doesn’t make us much better than the accusers. Be careful.

I absolutely agree about the risks, which is why I'm seeking as much input as I can.

I was thinking of implementing just those who were convicted. Nikki Yovino for example will be out in a year. It wouldn't be slander if we reported someone who was actually convicted of the crime, correct?

I appreciate your concern. There would ABSOLUTELY need to be some verifiable authentication. And I mean this would have to be strict. I don't want anything I create to be used for evil.

Unfortunately, history has a way of showing that some evil acts have manifested as a result of good intentions.

Another example are college athletes who are targeted by these malicious individuals. A lot of these women don't get their faces revealed in the media, so a lot of those athletes have no idea about the foxes in the hen house, so to speak.

Considering the challenges I would (don’t know if someone has done this) create an app which starts from the point where you are about to have sex with someone and it takes you through a field guide step by step list of how to minimise your risk of a false rape accusation in a fun but also serious way.

Thanks something I would be happy to even work with you on.
