With male spaces a thing of the past, what do readers think is the best way to teach boys and young men healthy masculinity?

A former teacher, I am alarmed at how a toxic, postmodern feminism has crept into schools and considers ANY assertive male behavior as bullying, but when girls do it, it's "assertive."

Too many families lack a strong male head, and I can tell you female teachers have no clue how to grow a boy into a man.

Boy Scouts, rite-of-passage ceremonies, Outward Bound groups, etc. are seen as passe' or outlawed.

How can MEN inculcate strong masculinity to young male proteges in today's societies?
