Unlike breast cancer, prostate cancer will always be a disease that exclusively affects men.

It's a sad example of our shattered times that the above statement can get me shunned amongst my peers, censored from the internet and fired from my job.

Ok, in all fairness, they could mention the prostate cancer without comparing to another disease.
