Oh, absolutely.

As for quotas, we know what kind of equality they want: the Australian 100% female quota for management, but no quota for construction workers is a perfect example:

They want "equality" only when it comes to highly paid, air-conditioned office jobs, preferably with short and flexible hours. But no interest in back-braking, hard, stressful, life-shortening, dangerous and dirty jobs. And when these pay more, as well as demand long hours, they scream "gender pay gap". Which is BS. It is an earnings gap due to men working more, longer hours, harder and more dangerously. In effect they demand that flexible hour part-time receptionists get paid the same as full-time oil rig workers.

The earnings (not "pay" and not "wage") gap is the result of choices women make.
