I have a 3 y/o daughter. her mom and I split over 2 years ago, where she met a guy and moved to Ohio and married him not 6 months after we split. I kindly took her to court before she left town and got 50/50 custody. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and we meet half way and I pay child support. my job is requiring me to go to 2nd shift 3-11, and the ex is less than thrilled and wants me back on court on the basis that I'll be picking her up at 1130 at night and it will 'screw her up'. all her family is up here and I'm the only one to make an effort to let the moms side see our daughter (her grandma watches her almost every day I work). I've done a little research but it appears nothing will happen, or I may lose the 50/50 we have now. I also have full benefits, which my ex does not. im just curious to what info you guys may have/could find that could help me.
