The american prison system seems to be the most pressing mens rights issue there is.

Privatized prisons run for profit. They need product to sell as a slave labour to corporations. So they need longer custodial sentences that are easy to get.

You can see the spike in the prison population start in the 1980s. Just when the neoliberal system was being foisted upon us.

The same foundations credited with creating gender studies backed the beginning of the neoliberal movement in the right libertrian dictatorship in chile, and students of womens studies - are taught to believe that there needs to be a harsh legal system for men specifically.

This is all very convenient for the radical right / neoliberal american political system that is intent on stripping jobs, social safety nets and access to capital away from men, because those men will need to be dealt with as they turn to illegal activities to fill the void left by their steady disenfranchisement, they might even rebel.

They have even started a movement to get womens prisons repurposed to house men.

The mass incarceration of disadvantaged american men for profit. That is a worthy cause and a great political vehicle.

And warning mra's in other countries not to be conned into advocating for privatized prisons in their own countries via the right libertarian movement is also important, imo.

Just a quick favour - try to post these one at a time.

Historically, we have tried to stop a single user from dominating the New page on /r/MensRights. In the past, I think you posted a whole whack of things all at once - try waiting a day between something like this?
