Ok

A few weeks ago, I started a conversation with a woman who posted on our subreddit asking a question about men's rights. As the conversation progressed, I offered my aid on any one topic of her choice, in exchange for the same.

We talked about it and this was the result of our corroboration.

If instituted into law in the US, this would change things as follows

  1. All employees shall be guaranteed leave for a length of 5 weeks. This lead will begin on the day that adoption becomes official, or the day a newborn baby is discharged from the hospital. During the course of this leave, the employee will be paid at their normal rate, based on their average hours the preceding month if applicable.

  2. A female employee can choose to take up to 15 weeks excess leave, to help recover from medical issues as needed, following the birth of a child.
