I really need help actually composing arguments against my friends at school who don't think men have any issues. About an hour ago I was talking to some friends who happened to be girls, they all have been dumped recently and are going through phases of "all men are trash". But any time I try to say anything about mens issues, I'm greeted with things like "getting kicked in the balls isn't as bad as a period." "I'm scared to leave the house because I'm afraid of getting raped" "I'm tired of getting used by all these guys just for my body, guys fucking suck" And other stuff like that. And if I ever try to bring up something like male suicide rates are 3.5x higher, they say stuff like "yeah because they can't stand themselves after they've fucking raped somebody" And they get incredibly loud and in your face and when people are literally yelling at you, it's kind of hard to come up with an actual argument without sounding like an idiot.

So I guess what I'm asking for is some well said arguments about how men also have issues, or like some really good articles about that kind of stuff to send to them. Because it's really annoying when the only friends you have spend half their time complaining about periods and "rape culture", and you know that there's issues that guys have too. But you aren't smart enough to talk about it on the spot.

Sorry if this is formatted weird or this isn't the right place to ask for help about this, I'm new to reddit.
