The State I live in (Wisconsin ) has been giving my girlfriend a hard time due to the fact that we live together. She has been on state insurance for years with no issues until we had a daughter together. She has a daughter from a previous relationship but the father signed over all rights and has never payed a cent. As soon as we had our daughter together they said that my income counts towards her income and denied her insurance benefits. I have no way of getting her on my insurance unless we get married. Our house is in my name only and the only way for her to say she lives elsewhere is to provided a utility bill. I am wondering if I say I moved out and am living with my parents would they question why am paying a mortage for her or how she is paying the mortage.
