I recently ended a 14 month relationship. My now ex is 3 months pregnant with our child.
She was not contributing to the relationship at all, or finances, and was essentially just using me. (there are more details and back story that would exonerate me from any suspicions I merely abandoned her and my unborn child but that's not the point of my post)
Since breaking it off she has tried to tell me that I will not have any part in my child's life. I was already thinking that I might need to get sole custody based on her lack of self care, zero income, emotional instability, and history of self harm.
Since she tried to make this decree though I have been starting to collect evidence I might need in the future for such an effort and came across some older reddit posts she made where it would appear that she was attempting to get pregnant without my consent.

but... she has already made a post lobbying for support in one of the women's subs and was referred over there and I don't wish to tip my hand before I am able to gather as much info as I can.
I know I will be needing to talk to a lawyer but any advice or personal experiences would be appreciated.
