It's great when you find new language that sums up issues and events so neatly. And best still it comes from an Orthodox Authority and so have both credibility and power.

I spotted it in this thread and since the term Originates with German Prosecutes who invented it "Freispruch 2. Klasse" and who were then Bitch Slapped by the judge, it has validity to articulate how Law and Legal Process is being PERVERTED and TWISTED by making some Second Class in sight of the law.

The bigger twist is he was Found Innocent and his Ex Guilty of Making False Claims..... Oh and has just won a Massive Defamation case against One of Germany's Biggest Media Houses.
