Then, it is "OMG, benevolent sexism"

Let me make the idea clear for you.

"Ey, women who had no problem with men before! YES, you! You were just benefitting from subconcious male benevolent sexism! I mean, really, you willingly associate with sexists? Can you even make a single decision for yourself, that is not stupid? Do we have to tell you everything? I mean, if you associate with people who are sexist, you are sexist yourselves! Only women who read our magazine and follow our instructions are not sexist. For the new, strong, independant female. "

Headline's purpose is to say, "If you think any man exists who isn't a rapist, think again". A few of feminist myths attack specifically the idea that any man could be a nice person. Things like the image of men as loving fathers (they are really pedophiles and molesters and abuse their wives!) It's a common theme in war time propaganda too. Present the enemy as abusive towards their own loved ones and they become subhuman things that nobody has compassion for. I thought the old feminist myth about pregnant women being the main victims of domestic violence was terrific for that. "OMG men are such assholes they ESPECIALLY like to beat up their pregnant wives!"

So if there's a group of men who claim to be especially nice to women, well obviously they have to be just the worst.

It's disgusting how feminists turn attitudes that are blatantly misandric in nature, into perceived slights against all women and oppressive misogyny. Men holding doors for women would be, if anything, a very clear example of the way men can belittle themselves to women, or put themselves at their disposal. It is literally expressing this sentiment of "you are my better, you take precedent, please go first" and, somehow, feminists will find a way to spin this into some kind of oppressive gesture that somehow hurts all women. The sheer level of delusion, and re-appropriation of facts and meaning, that these people are living in is just astonishing.

And then, really, this whole concept of "rewarding the good woman" is so incredibly laughable. It's like there's this big conspiracy by men to indoctrinate women into acting like "good women", because they are nicer towards women they like. Clearly it is sexist for men to be nicer towards women they are attracted to. Do they even understand how many women would treat men that they don't consider attractive or "good men"(and, by good, I mean the men they see as traditionally masculine, assertive, confident, tall and good looking)? A lot worse than just not opening doors for them that's for sure. These women are complaining about both receiving, and not receiving, special treatment from men. That is entitlement. That is privilege.
