With all the chatter about "toxic masculinity", I'm curious. What would non-toxic masculinity look like? Do we need to re-define male and female sex roles?

If so, is there a factual scientific basis that we could use as a guide? (it's always a good idea to start with the facts)

Q1: Are there any mostly masculine qualities that add value to today's society?

Q2: Are there any mostly feminine qualities that add value to today's society?

Put another way:
Are there any biological differences between the sexes that cause some beneficial attributes to be more common in one sex or the other?
