From my part of the world(and pretty much any where else), people still have different expectations and treat them differently, a lot of people believe that both are fundamentally different. I recently discussed with my father about this issue and he said they're just different, "just like cats and dogs", and honestly I can see where he's coming from. But personally, I try to turn a blind eye to gender to avoid skewing my judgment.

I would like some input from people here.
