As it currently stands, men bear the burden of the labor but don't get to share in the fruit. The fruit is used to "get" a girl and that fruit is owned by the girl. Men are the figureheads but have no real power in society. The power is the control of the disposable income and decision making. Give women the jobs and all that they ask for. I would love to be the house husband and have my wife work the hard hours to buy me what I want. And us men should judge women on how they are as providers. Let's see how that works out for them? The Economy?
