Disclaimer: I realise this whole model is reductive as fuck, but given that these guys are employing it, It's reasonable to point out if they misconstrue it.

Thundet00t is being stupid saying that betas is evolutionary quality control. I do not derive my value as a man from female attention or the lack there of. That's because I have self respect. For once I have to agree with silly SJWs.

Being alpha isn't purely about female attention, it is about all positive social attention. Humans typically find self value in their influence on others so I'm not too sure what you're saying. Unless someone truly give zero fucks of what people think of them, they would want to be more socially important (alpha).
I feel sad for people who derive their self worth from being a utility to others. That's what white knights are for. Person has a value in its own self. A shy withdrawn kid at school does not have less value as a person then the guy on a football team.
