I've only had one woman threaten to make a fake rape claim against me. I was helping her disabled veteran husband and his four year old daughter move out because she was verbally, emotionally, and physically abusive as fuck. When she realized that she couldn't stop it from happening she tried to hit me with an umbrella stand (Yeah, weird weapon of choice. But I guess it was the only thing handy.) Having studied several martial arts I simply disarmed her without hurting her, and then told her in no uncertain terms that if she tried to hit me again I would have no problem punching her hard enough to knock her unconscious and put her in the hospital.

That's when she made the threat to tell everyone I raped her. So I explained to her very calmly that I would absolutely LOVE for her to do that, because I had something she did not - a great income that could not be damaged by her accusation. I still consult on work I find interesting, but most of my income now comes from investments I made in my early twenties. I made it perfectly clear that I would name and shame her regardless of rape shield laws. I could afford to pay the fine and to bail myself out of jail in a matter of hours. I could afford a horribly vicious attorney who would eviscerate her in court. I would then sue her for defamation and slander and grind her down until I bankrupted her and she would spend the rest of her life sending every dime she ever made to me to pay off the settlement.

It was frankly shocking how her face changed from smug to terrified, and she locked herself in her bedroom until we were gone. Never heard from her again.

Women only hold fake rape threat power over men who allow them to. Their worst nightmare is a guy who is willing to come back at her twice as hard. Just look at Mattress girl. She had a year of being the poor pitiable waif that everyone fawned over and glamorized. Then the guy she accused came out and released her text messages asking him to assfuck her just days after he supposedly raped her. He went to the media without shame, held his head high, forced the University to let him graduate, did interviews with major news outlets and cleared his name. Now he's working as an engineer and no one will touch Mattress Slut with a ten foot pole.
