Mate this is a world wide sub. If you want actual advice you will need to put in more info such as the country your in, how old your son is and has she taken it further by contacting police to press charges.

What she is doing is typically called the Silver Bullet method and the way to deal with it generally is to go hard in court and go for primary custody of your child. You need to document everything and absolutely show her no mercy. Put your child first and treat her like the toxic monster she is.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through this. People can be truly evil. Unfortunately the system is rigged against men but there are things that you can do.

My brother had exactly the same thing happen to him. His wife cheated on him, he found out and divorced her. She didn't like that so started throwing as much at him as she could to hurt him. That included falsely accusing him of abusing his child. As another poster has said, it's called the silver bullet method. Scumbags use it to gain leverage or get revenge.

Your wife cannot prevent you from seeing your child without a court order. If she is doing this, and you've exhausted all other routes then you need to lawyer up and pursue legal action. She needs to provide sufficient evidence to back up her allegations otherwise it's just her word against yours which will not stand up in court.

It's a highly emotional, frustrating thing that you're going through but you must remain calm and composed throughout, if you don't then it becomes less and less likely that you'll be able to have a meaningful relationship with your son. Your only priority is your son. Fuck your ex wife. You do everything in your power to keep your son in your life.

I wouldn't put it past her to do that but atm she hasn't nothing like that is in place I just hope judge sees through her
