Hopefully someone can help me.

Im M25 getting divorce with F24. We have a 5 year old together. We make about the same amount monthly. I might make about $200 extra a month.

We have agreed to have our daughter 50/50 and not involve court.

Now she's telling me that she financially can't afford to make it and needs my help.

She pays $700 rent at the house we had which í moved out from. I now pay $350 at the room im in now. She knows how much I pay.

To me it doesn't seem fair that í have to help her when we have 50/50 custody and she has the option of moving to her moms and pay no rent.

Of course im willing on going half on my daughters stuff if she need clothes or material stuff. Even though í can provide that to her on my own on my days.
