Notice that the suffering of the poor estranged husband who was falsely arrested and falsely charged with rape and domestic violence, is completely ignored by the media, and also (if the reporting is responsible) by the prosecutor.

Instead, all sympathy in this case is drawn out for unnamed females who have nothing at all to do with the case at hand and are suffer no ill consequences due the case whatsoever.

If I were the estranged husband, and this news article accurately reflects the prosecutor's public statements and attitudes towards this case, I would sue the shit out of the prosecutor on the basis of civil rights violations.

At the time of the occurrence where this so-called victim lied about being raped, police arrived and arrested the estranged husband.

At bare minimum, that means this woman committed violent crimes including physical battery (using police as a proxy), and false imprisonment (using police as proxy). He risked a long-term jail sentence because of it.

These are all violent crimes. The fact that this false accuser is charged with only a misdemeanor is a travesty of justice, which ought to carry with it civil liability for law enforcement, the prosecutor's office, and the state.

In-fucking credible.
