When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.

This is bait, but alright let's engage anyway.

It is women that I have found interrupt more often, by a considerable amount. Men interrupt when they are not able to get a word in edge-wise, which can happen if one or two women are just monopolizing.

It's also worth noting that speaking up about something that you consider important is a positive trait known as "initiative".
