Australia has dubbed September 11th R U OK Day, a day to ask our friends and family "Are you okay?" in support of suicide prevention.

It's a huge problem. In 2012, 2,535 people took their own life, making it the 14th leading cause of death in our country, and of those, 1,901 were men and boys, which made it the 10th leading cause of death for men and boys.

So, folks... Are you okay?
