Rape culture facts

I'm not convinced that rape culture is not a reality. I've gone to clubs with female friends and experienced firsthand the kind of inappropriate touching and harassment that goes on. It's difficult to argue that rape is not a problem in areas of society, and that some aspects of normative culture condone reduced consent.

The fact that rape culture might be an issue does not take away from the fact that false accusations occur or that men are also rape victims. The characterization of rape culture by mainstream feminism may get these things wrong, but we aren't getting it right in creating straw definitions and attempting to hand-wave away a real issue affecting women.

Video is long on baseless insults and short on research and logic. Divisive and not helpful to a movement that should be acknowledging actual problems women face while also seeking to understand problems men face.

I don't think this person should have been fast tracked up the movement. Funny videos and amusing strawman arguments are all very well, she represented VFM terribly on twitter during that Zack Rosenberg thing too and seemed to be doing a band wagon jump to increase the hits to her yt channel.
