I saw a post where op claims to be raped by her boyfriend.

What happened is that the op, a high school girl, enter into a consensual intercourse with her boyfriend, a high school boy. They mutually initiated the process. However, after the process begin, she found it painful and vocally express that she is painful. But her boyfriend does not stop right away. I could only assume her boyfriend at the worst case proceed for a while because there is no violent coercion mentioned.

Comments recommended her to press charges and I feel shocked. It might be actual rape by the philosophical definition of rape that whenever one party withdraws consent it is rape. However, it’s even hard to a person, who fully respects the other party’s consent, to stop immediately when hearing non-direct order like I feel painful. I think there must by reasonable expression on the withdraw of consent before legal prosecution starts.

Is this a just way of thinking?
