If you're a woman or gay, that little city is the place to be.

You can abuse and lead men on all day, you can get them to pay for dinner so you can budget your money on rent/bills, you can have all the sex you want and then webcam at night for more money from the same horny sex deprived idiots you laugh at during the day. You're free to live your life of uninhibited pleasure free from pressure or what people used to consider "life."
