What's the man's version of an abortion? You know, a short procedure they're in 100% control of that ensures an accidental birth is terminated even if their partner wants to keep it?

ObamaCare covers all forms of female birth control that exists, except abortion. But on the other hand excludes all forms of male birth control. Not even vasectomy. It is required to pay for tubal ligation. The female equivalent of a vasectomy. Despite the fact that tubal ligation is more expensive than a vasectomy.

What Birth Control Is Covered?

According to HealthCare.Gov Food and Drug Administration-approved contraceptive methods prescribed by a woman’s doctor are covered. This generally includes:

-Barrier methods (used during intercourse), like diaphragms and sponges

-Hormonal methods, like birth control pills and vaginal rings

-Implanted devices, like intrauterine devices (IUDs)

-Emergency contraception, like Plan B® and ella®

-Sterilization procedures

-Patient education and counseling

Plans aren’t required to cover:

-Drugs to induce abortions

-Services related to a man’s reproductive capacity, like vasectomies

Loving the fact that people are already pointing out the simple economics of supply and demand to these morons. Companies know that women buy more of this shit which is why they put the prices up and they're less likely to get sales from men, but nope, it's obviously some kind of mass conspiracy against women to get them to pay more for everything.

Also, let's be honest, if they're going to bitch about this and the wage gap, I wonder where they're getting the money from to pay for all of this stuff if they aren't earning as much as men? ;)

Ooooo mathematics :D

They also believe, simultaneously, that society devalues anything feminine. Yet the feminine versions of products are said to command higher prices.

Try and figure-out how that one works, sparky!

Feminists really do love conspiracies, don't they? Conspiracies help to explain why society doesn't work in the utopian way their theories say it ought to be working. And, best of all, conspiracies are kind of scary. Much more scary than society merely being society.

Oh man, I wonder what world these people that write this shit live in? I mean, yes gender discrimination is bad but how can you miss the giant flaming elephant in the room of anything involving marketing: gullibility. And I'm declaring right now that if you look for gender discrimination in the marketing strategies of a capitalist society: You are gullible. These companies will put ANYTHING on the label. They have the right to (within safety and regulatory restrictions.) What's even better, NOBODY forces you to buy it. You don't just want to be baseline pretty, you want to be gorgeous! Well, marketing companies will design labels that make their product appear to be of high quality, regardless of the actual quality. If you are buying those higher quality products, you are not being discriminated against: YOU ARE GULLIBLE. Clothing? Oh man, if you think that you have the right to walk into any store and expect to pay the same as a man, I don't know what world you live in. Women's fashion is a huge industry because women love high end fashion. This article didn't give any other reason for a clothing price difference except discrimination. I can think of a hundred reasons women's fashion might be more expensive than men's. I mean, if we're going to speculation land women could buy expensive clothes more often simply BECAUSE they are more expensive. The perceived value of those clothes is higher and they feel like it will attract better men to them. Anyway, this is so stupid.
